-The product is placed in a cotton pouch and shipped wrapped in a bubble envelope via Hellenic Post. After your purchase you will receive a tracking number, which gives you the opportunity to follow every step of your order.
-No glue, nickel or other metals is used. I only use real hypoallergenic Sterling Silver 925 and 14 carat Gold Platted Sterling Silver 925.
